Terms and Conditions AF77 – Platform Usage Rules in Brazil

To create and maintain an active account on AF77, users must continuously meet the following eligibility requirements — not only at the time of registration:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age as of the date of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF that is active with the Receita Federal;
• Not be subject to any active self-exclusion, whether through AF77 itself or through national bettor exclusion programs;
• Not be an employee, contractor, service provider or immediate family member of any AF77 team member;
• Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information at the time of registration and whenever requested by the platform.

Each user may create one account only on AF77. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits, abuse promotions, or for any other purpose is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all accounts involved, with permanent blocking of all associated balances. If you suspect that someone has created an account in your name without your authorization, contact AF77 support immediately via live chat or at contato@af77.world.

AF77 reserves the right to request full identity verification at any time, including a photo ID (national ID card, driver's licence or passport), proof of address issued within the last 90 days and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Refusing to provide these documents may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account.

By creating an account on AF77, you are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure — including your email, password and any two-factor authentication code. AF77 will never ask for your password by email, chat or any other communication channel.

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication, available in your account's security settings. This feature adds an extra layer of protection and significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access.

• You are responsible for all activity on your account, including bets, deposits, and withdrawals, even if carried out by a third party with access to your credentials;
• If you suspect unauthorised access, block access immediately via the dashboard or contact 24h support through the chat;
• AF77 may temporarily suspend an account suspected of being compromised to protect the user, without prior notice;
• Changes to a registered email address, CPF, or banking details may require additional identity verification before they can be processed.

The account balance on AF77 cannot be transferred to other user accounts on the platform, nor used as a form of payment outside the AF77 environment. The balance is exclusively tied to the account holder's CPF.

AF77 accepts the following deposit methods, all in BRL:

The minimum deposit accepted by AF77 is R$ 10.00 for Sports Betting and R$ 20.00 for poker and casino games. There is no maximum deposit limit defined; however, deposits above certain thresholds may trigger additional verification processes in accordance with the platform's internal compliance policies.

• Pix deposits are credited instantly upon payment confirmation by the banking system;
• Deposits via boleto bancário may take up to 2 business days to be confirmed after payment;
• Credit or debit card deposits are processed in real time, subject to approval by the card provider;
• AF77 only accepts deposits made by the account holder — third-party transfers are not permitted and may be reversed;
• All deposits must be made exclusively in BRL. AF77 does not accept payments in any other currency.

AF77 does not charge fees on deposits. Any charges applied by banks or card providers are the user's responsibility and should be confirmed directly with the relevant financial institution.

AF77 processes withdrawals exclusively via Pix, to the key registered under the account holder's CPF. Withdrawals to third-party accounts, bank accounts in a name other than the AF77 account holder's, or Pix keys that do not match the registered CPF are not permitted.

The minimum accepted withdrawal is R$ 20.00. Pix withdrawals are processed automatically in up to 5 minutes after approval, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — including weekends and national holidays.

• To make your first withdrawal, full identity verification (KYC) is required — a photo ID and proof of address;
• Withdrawals above R$ 10,000.00 per transaction may require additional documentation in accordance with AF77's compliance policies;
• Bonus balances may only be withdrawn after the full rollover requirements of the respective promotion have been met;
• AF77 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for security verification purposes and must notify the user if the process takes longer than 24 hours;
• Bonus balance and real-money balance are tracked separately. Real-money balance can be withdrawn at any time, provided KYC requirements are met and there are no active bonus restrictions pending.

AF77 offers a range of promotions for new and active users, including a welcome bonus of up to R$ 500.00 on the first deposit, weekly cashback through the VIP Program and limited-time promotions tied to sporting events such as Copa do Brasil finals, Libertadores and major UFC cards.

Each bonus has its own specific conditions, which are displayed at the time of redemption. The general rules that apply to all AF77 bonuses are:

• Each promotion is valid once per user, CPF, IP address, device, or household;
• The rollover (wagering requirement) is calculated on the bonus amount received — the minimum multiplier required is stated in each promotion's description;
• The deadline to meet the rollover requirement of an active bonus is 30 (thirty) calendar days from the activation date, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion;
• Expired bonuses or bonuses whose rollover was not completed within the deadline are automatically cancelled with no right to compensation;
• AF77 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abusive behavior is identified, such as fully covering bets, placing bets on markets excluded from the bonus terms, or using multiple accounts to meet the requirements;
• The VIP Program operates under its own rules detailed on the VIP Program page — the weekly cashback is credited every Monday and can be withdrawn without any additional rollover.

Sports Betting on AF77 covers more than 30 sports, with highlights including football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Champions League, and other international competitions), volleyball, basketball (NBB and NBA), MMA/UFC, and e-sports (CS2, League of Legends, Valorant). The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform.

• A bet is considered final once the user confirms the slip and the amount is deducted from the balance — cancellations are not accepted after confirmation;
• The odds displayed on the bet slip at the time of confirmation are the ones that will apply to the bet, regardless of any subsequent market movements;
• If an event is postponed or canceled, single bets are fully refunded. For combination bets, the canceled event is removed from the slip and the remaining odds are recalculated;
• Live betting may experience brief market suspensions during critical moments of a match (goals, penalties, red cards) — this is standard practice for real-time odds adjustment;
• AF77 reserves the right to void a bet if a manifest error is identified in the published odds, such as odds that are clearly inconsistent with the actual probabilities of the event;

Cash out is available on single and accumulator bets in selected markets, subject to availability at the time of the request. The cash out value is calculated dynamically based on current odds and may be lower than the original potential payout. AF77 does not guarantee that cash out will be available at all times during a match.

Casino games available on AF77 — including slots, Crash Games (such as Aviator and Spaceman), Live Casino with real dealers and poker tables — use RNG (random number generator) systems certified by independent auditing, ensuring genuinely random results in every round.

• All casino games display the Return to Player (RTP) percentage on the game details page — this figure represents the theoretical long-term return and does not guarantee individual results;
• If a technical failure occurs during a Live Casino or crash game round, the affected round may be voided and the wagered amount refunded to the user's balance;
• AF77 poker tournaments (MTT, Sit & Go and Freeroll) have specific rules displayed before registration — by confirming participation, the user agrees to all tournament rules;

You may request voluntary closure of your AF77 account at any time via live chat or by emailing contato@af77.world. Prior to closure, any available real balance (excluding bonus balances with an unmet rollover) will be paid out via Pix to the key registered under the account holder's CPF.

AF77 reserves the right to close or suspend an account, with or without prior notice, in the following cases:

• Providing false information or fraudulent documents during registration or the KYC verification process;
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions or for any other purpose;
• Fraudulent gambling behavior, including the use of bots, automation software, or any form of result manipulation;
• Breach of any clause of these Terms and Conditions;
• Well-founded suspicion of money laundering or financing of illegal activities, in accordance with applicable Brazilian law;
• Filing an unwarranted chargeback with the card provider for a legitimate bet or purchase.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, AF77 may retain the available balance as compensation for losses and damages, provided there is concrete evidence of the violation. The user will be notified of the closure and the reasons behind it, except in situations where disclosure could compromise an ongoing investigation.

AF77 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in Brazilian law, the platform's operational practices, or in response to regulatory requirements. Continued use of the AF77 platform after the effective date of any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the new conditions. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the effective date and withdraw your available balance.

• Emergency changes related to security or legal compliance may take effect immediately, with simultaneous notification to the user;
• The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top of the document;

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Brazilian law, including the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), and other regulations applicable to the digital entertainment sector in Brazil. Any dispute arising from the relationship between the user and AF77 shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the court in the consumer's place of residence, as guaranteed by the CDC.
